Terms and risk information
This draft page describes the intended use of Kapitalshare. Complete the marked information, verify the actual business operations, and have the terms legally reviewed before publication.
A disclaimer does not replace a licence, compliant business operations, consumer rights, advertising obligations or statutory risk warnings.
1. Who provides the service?
Trading name: Kapitalshare · Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 42210292
VAT number: Not applicable
Email: kapitalshare@gmail.com
Business details to complete: [full legal name], [registered and visitor address] and [telephone number or permitted contact method]. Also state the complaints procedure. See the information duty for online sellers at Business.gov.nl.
2. The service
Kapitalshare offers memberships for general financial education, learning materials, community features and digital tools. The Mentorship plan at €49.99 per month includes all educational mentorship sessions; active Standard and Premium members may request sessions separately for €10 per session. A preferred time is not a booking until it has been manually confirmed. Current content and availability depend on the selected plan. The portfolio feature is a manual record-keeping tool and is not connected to a broker account. Market news, prices and charts may come from external providers and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
The site does not promise financial results, returns, income, profit, employment or financial independence. Marketing claims must match the services that can actually be delivered. Remove unavailable features, mentoring, daily briefings, screeners or live tools, or describe them as previews if they are not available.
3. No personal investment advice
Information, examples, courses, community posts, tools and charts are general and educational. They are not tailored to your financial situation, goals or risk tolerance and do not constitute personal investment advice, asset management, order execution, an individual recommendation or an invitation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument. We do not assess whether a product is suitable for you.
The provider must follow these limits in practice as well: avoid personal recommendations in conversations, Q&As, private messages, mentorship sessions and paid private groups. A disclaimer does not permit advice that otherwise requires a licence. Public statements about specific instruments may also be subject to investment recommendation rules. Read the AFM guidance on finfluencing and ESMA rules for investment recommendations.
4. Investment and trading risks
Investing involves risk. The value of shares, funds, crypto-assets and other instruments can fall; you may lose some or all of your investment. Currency movements, costs, taxes, liquidity, concentration, counterparty risk, market volatility and technical failures can affect the outcome. Past results are not a reliable indication of future results.
Day trading is speculative and can cause rapid losses. Leveraged products such as CFDs, forex and turbo certificates are complex; leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and market gaps can lead to worse execution than expected. Trade only after doing your own research and check that the provider is authorised in your country. Never use money needed for essential expenses or financial obligations. Consider advice from an independent, qualified adviser.
5. Portfolio overview and market data
Your entries determine the calculations. The tool does not verify broker statements, maintain official records, or provide tax returns, valuations, bookkeeping or financial advice. Missing transactions, costs, taxes, dividend adjustments, splits, foreign exchange data or prices can distort the figures. Check information with your financial institution and ask a qualified professional to assess tax consequences.
6. External providers and commercial relationships
Links to brokers and other providers lead to third-party services. Kapitalshare does not control their products, authorisations, costs, availability, security or terms. Check the provider in the register of the relevant regulator and read the official product documents. An external link is not a recommendation.
The site includes links to PU Prime and Trade Republic. The exact commercial arrangements, any compensation, compensation unit and legal entity receiving it are not established in the available project documentation. Enter the actual commercial relationship for each link and display a clear, specific disclosure next to the link before publication. It may be prohibited for an investment firm to pay compensation for introducing retail investors; check the arrangement with the AFM and a legal professional. See AFM: commissions.
7. Memberships, pricing and cancellation
The displayed membership prices (€19.99, €24.99 and €49.99) are charged monthly. New agreements may be cancelled during the first month. If the customer cancels in that first month, the agreement ends at the end of that month. After the first month, a fixed 12-month term applies; cancellation may be submitted online in advance and takes effect at the end of that term. The agreement then renews monthly and ends at the close of the current billing period when cancelled. A plan change does not change the initial end date. Account settings show the end date recorded by Stripe. Agreements made before these terms were introduced remain subject to the term and cancellation rules agreed at purchase; this term is not imposed retroactively.
According to ACM information, consumers generally cannot terminate a fixed-term agreement before the term ends, subject to applicable statutory rights; after renewal for an indefinite term, a consumer notice period should in principle not exceed one month. Before payment, clearly show the term, automatic renewal, total payment obligation, debit dates, cancellation terms and applicable statutory withdrawal rights. Online subscriptions must also be cancellable online. See ACM ConsuWijzer: cancelling a subscription and ACM: cancellation and termination. Before sales, obtain legal review of whether the first-month cancellation option, following fixed annual term and checkout are lawful and complete for this specific service, audience and payment method. A disclaimer does not replace a compliant order button, advance information, confirmation on a durable medium or a withdrawal process.
8. Right of withdrawal and digital services
Consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online services. An exception for digital content or services applies only under statutory conditions and requires prior, explicit consent and proper confirmation. This page does not establish that Kapitalshare meets those conditions or that the right of withdrawal expires. The checkout flow in this codebase contains no verifiable consent for immediate delivery or withdrawal information. Make withdrawal terms and the model withdrawal form clearly available before purchase, and provide a working cancellation route.
From 2026, the Netherlands also requires a straightforward online function to terminate online agreements, subject to the applicable commencement date and transitional rules. Check whether it applies and implement the button and confirmation process. See Business.gov.nl about the termination function.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Complaints can be submitted via [enter complaints email address and procedure]. Consumers’ applicable statutory rights remain in force. Enter the applicable choice of law, dispute-resolution process and competent contact body only after legal review.
The code displays a referral programme and the database contains fields for tier milestones and rewards, but no complete, working programme terms were found. Do not publish a referral reward or financial incentive until the terms, calculation, award, expiry, complaints handling, tax treatment and any financial regulatory restrictions have been legally reviewed. The AFM states that certain customer-introduction payments related to investment services may be prohibited.
10. Changes and contact
The operator may change the service for legal, security or operational reasons. Inform existing customers about material changes in the manner required by law. Contact: [legal provider and contact details to be completed].
